Webinar:

3D to 2D Flattening of a Motorcycle Front Fender

Composite Flat is always accurate 3D to 2D flattening . This video presents the flattening process of a motorcycle front fender as a 2-stage process. Stage 1: Pre-flatteners constitute the first step of flattening and they are used to obtain an initial flat pattern. The initial flat pattern is generated within seconds, but it might not be production ready. Stage 2: Optimization of the pattern is the second and final stage of flattening and the result is a pattern that is accurate and production ready.
